Kemari undertakes to comply with the French Sports Code and federal regulations, the main rules of which are as follows:
- The obligation of holding a licence issued by the French Football Federation,
- The obligation of concluding written representation contracts with players for a maximum period of two years,
- The agent’s payment may not exceed 10% of the value of the contract between the player and his club,
- No deal concerning an underage player may involve a payment being made to the agent.
